We select and manage technologies and vendors without fear or favor and derive no revenue from vendor partner programs.

Solution Design Project Abstract

A North American Healthcare service provider had outgrown its legacy customer information system that was now operating well beyond its original specified capacity. The system consisted multiple legacy databases, spreadsheets and reporting tools and provided no enterprise view of the business. There were numerous data quality concerns. An Excalibur Solution Architect was engaged to conduct the business analysis and produced a solution design recommendation.

We recommended a Cloud based CRM solution which consisted of the following modules:

• Account & Contact Management
• Lead Tracking & Opportunity Management
• Integrated Document Generation
• Integrated Industry information portal

A comprehensive data mapping strategy was developed and validated.  Excalibur conducted an extensive data migration activity from the multiple legacy data sources. An integrated enterprise management-reporting framework was implemented which provided the management team with pre-built customized reports and the ability to produce ad-hoc/custom reports. The solution was successfully configured and deployed using a rolling phased approach to each region.
